Deadline for abstract submission: April 15th, 2015 (23:59, Bogotá time, GMT -05:00)
- A complete registration process is required to submit an abstract (you will need the Registration number, which can be found in the payment confirmation) - One expositor can submit up two abstracts. Both of the abstracts must be submitted in the same e-mail to be considered. Otherwise only the first e-mail received will be taken into account. - To submit your abstract, please send the following information to email@example.com (abstracts submitted to another e-mail will not be considered):
* The following table in Excel file format (.xls or .xslx). Please name the file as follows: Registration number-last name of the expositor (e.g. 0000-Smith.xls)
*If you will submit only one abstract put NA in the cells corresponding to “2” **Please select a session according to established sessions for this meeting *** Please name the Word file (which contains the abstract) as follows: Registration number- last name of the first author-type of presentation (poster or oral presentation)-session-“1” for the first abstract and “2” for the second. (e.g. 0000-Jones-oral-VII-2.doc)
- The abstract must be in Word format (.doc or .docx). Only one abstract per file. - The abstract must be in English and must include Title, Authors, author’s institution and the main text. - Title should be brief and typed in upper case letters. Type author’s names and institutes in upper and lower case letters - The abstract must be single spaced and the body of the summary should be limited to 250 words. Please do not exceed one page. Use Fond type Arial, size 10, A4 standard format page size. Any handwritten symbols must be drawn in blank ink and no charts or graphics should be included. - After submitting an abstract please wait for our confirmation by e-mail.
